Mentoring Essentials Training – Day 1
Volunteer Trainings are ~12 hours in total: you must attend all days of the training to be an approved youth mentor.
Mentoring Essentials Training is required for all approved youth mentor volunteers with RVM: these trainings are held quarterly (4x/year). Trainings are held over a weekend (Fri & Sat), or on 4 evenings over 2 weeks (6p-9p). Active volunteer mentors also have opportunities for ongoing training & support.
